To make Tawi-Tawi Regional Agricultural College a center of excellence in the field of Agriculture in Western Mindanao by fulfilling its mandates such as Instruction Research and Development Extension Service and Reduction it is concerned to promote and develop its human resources through its Faculty Development Program thereby improving the delivery of its Education Services and making it more responsive to the changing of time and production in their own endeavor.
